How does the subscription work?

When you sign up for a plan, your subscription will automatically renew each cycle until you choose to cancel.

What types of goodies will be in my box?

Your box will feature exciting promotional items like bookmarks, pens, notebooks, beauty products, graphic tees, mugs, tote bags, and more. The items change each month and are carefully chosen to match the theme of the box.

When will I receive my box?

We aim to ship your box within 10 business days of your order. Your subscription will automatically renew on the same day each month, unless you choose to cancel. EXAMPLE: You sign up as a new subscriber on October 1. Your first box will ship within 10 business days. Your account will renew on November 1 and your next box will ship within 10 business days, and so on.

What if I need to change my address?

Be sure to update your address before your account renews. If you forget, just email us at contact@myblushboxbox.com, and we can update it for you— as long as your shipping label hasn’t been printed yet. Once the label is printed, we’re unable to make changes, so you’ll need to ensure the package is forwarded to your new address. If a box needs to be reshipped due to an address change or error, the cost will be your responsibility.

How much does shipping cost?

Will I receive a tracking number when my box ships?

Yes! Once your box ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder and ensure the email address on your account is correct. Tracking numbers may take a few business days to return any information.

How do refunds/cancellations work?

We do not provide refunds for canceled orders. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please make sure to do so before it renews.

What if I already have a signed copy of one of the books I received?

We allow one book exchange per year if you receive a duplicate. To request an exchange, please send us a picture showing both copies, and we’ll send you a different book that you don’t already have.

What if I don't like one of the books I received?

We do our best to choose books that our subscribers will enjoy. Our team of reviewers carefully evaluates each book before it's added to the boxes. However, we understand that every reader’s taste is different. While we hope you love every selection, we know that might not always be the case. We encourage you to give each book and every featured author a chance!

Do you share the authors that are being featured each month?

No, the surprise comes when you open the box and discover what's inside! However, we do share some of the upcoming authors we’ll be featuring—you just won’t know exactly when!

What if I didn't receive my box?

First, check the tracking with USPS. If your box is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, contact your local post office or mail carrier, as drivers sometimes scan packages before they’re delivered. If you still haven't received your box a week after shipping, please reach out to Customer Service through the contact form. Please note, we do not provide refunds for lost packages.

Why did my friend get a different box than I did?

Each box is carefully curated based on the preferences you choose when you join. With dozens of combinations available each month, every box is unique to you!

Will I get duplicates?

We guarantee you’ll never receive the same book twice, as long as you only have one subscription. If you have multiple accounts, however, you may end up with duplicates.

Are all of the books signed?

Yes. All books have either a signature on a page in the book or include a signed bookplate.

How are the books selected?

We have a dedicated Review Team that works tirelessly to select books our readers will adore!

Are all the books standalone titles?

Every book in our boxes will either be the first in a series or part of a series where you’ll receive the next installment. Don’t worry—there's always something to look forward to!

Do you offer genres other than romance?

Not yet, but we're working on a box for other genres! In the meantime, when you subscribe, you can share your favorite romance tropes, and we’ll do our best to match you with titles you’re sure to enjoy.

Am I guaranteed to only receive the selections based on my preferences?

No, we do our best to match your preferences, but the books you receive depend on our available inventory. Your preferred selections may not always be in stock.
